I regret to say that Sue seems to have gotten to a new stage in this disease process.
This past week she has become increasingly weak and foggy, though the sweet Sue that we know and love comes shining through.
Yesterday we moved her into a hospital bed in the living room, and this has made her much more comfortable. Joe has set up the futon right next to her bed.
We have lined up some help from her group of TaTa friends to come stay with her and Joe and help them out in any way we can. Ma and Pa Hop are coming on Friday.
Since Sue's energy is minimal at this point, Joe is asking that visitors be limited to their family and closest friends.
Please send your prayers and good thoughts their way.
My heart goes out to them, and to all of us that love and admire Sue, the unique woman who has made us all better people.
